ALERT: Yesterday we were contacted by the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Indiana regarding some complaints they had received about illegal fax spams promoting Superlattice Power stock being sent to Indiana residents. How many other states are involved we do not know at this time. The faxes were titled “Alternative Energy Stocks” and touted the stock very heavily so they wanted to know if we were connected in any way. We weren’t but, a little investigation suggests that this company has also had similar fax spams sent out under another heading, that of “Energy Bull.” Further discussions with the AG reveals that they have received literally thousands of complaints regarding faxes on this particular stock.
Due diligence further indicates that certain insiders in Superlattice are connected to other alternative energy companies. Although Alt-EnergyStocks.com does not represent itself as an ombudsman for the investing public, we caution anyone invested in or considering an investment in Superlattice Power, Inc to use extreme caution, to conduct full due diligence and to act with full knowledge of the situation. Our attempts to reach the company for comment were unsuccessful.
