Solar energy stocks rallied again today while nuclear energy stocks showed broad declines and alternative energy stocks closed mixed as the Dow recovered strongly up 2.52% to close at 11,239.28, the strongest day the market had seen since April. Faced with the reality that Americans had, indeed, significantly altered their consumption, the sellers took over and oil gapped down to $132 then struggled back toward $135 but showed signs of softening again near the close ending the day at $134.94, down 2.9%.
